**Responsibilities**:

- Bi-weekly Payroll
- General journal entries
- Bank reconciliation
- CRA Remittances
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare year end and communicate with accountants
- Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial and bookkeeping activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with SAGE accounting software
- Familiarity with the general principles of accounting
- An ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong skills in excel
- Ability to work independently and with a team
