Fionn's Grant Park is searching for a Closing Line Cook to join our team This can be a permanent, full time position with a minimum of 3 closes per week (minimum 35 hours a week, will often be 40), and we are happy to offer a competitive starting hourly wage and full benefits to the right applicant. In a part time roll this would be approx 25 hours per week with 3 closing shifts (we close at midnight, food service ends at 11:30pm).

What you will do in this role:

- Take pride in all of the food that you craft for Guests
- Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
- Follow recipes to the exact specifications
- Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is available for service
- Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail
- Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times
- Re-stock any low items during shift
- Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
- Help with additional tasks, as required

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
