**Job Summary**:
The Full-Time/Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting store operations to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of store presentation.

**Key Responsabilities**
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and returns.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall sales goals.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
- **Merchandise Management**:

- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with product replenishment.
- Receive regular stock and transfers requested by BC1 in the absence of the stock associate.
- Assist the stock associate as needed.
- **Store Operations**:

- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Follow store policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, loss prevention, and customer service.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and best practices.
- **Sales Floor Maintenance**:

- Ensure the sales floor remains clean and presentable through regular dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- **Merchandise Display Maintenance**:

- Organize and maintain merchandise displays as directed, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Ensure all price tags and promotional labels are clearly visible and properly attached.
- Arrange merchandise on the correct hangers and ensure it is displayed neatly.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (CEGID) systems and other retail technology.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
