**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Provide support in maintaining store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or retail is required.
- Children's retail stores experience is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills is a plus, especially Italian.
