Toronto Sun Wah Trading is a leading wholesale distributor and meat processor. We have been in business for 30+ years and have close to 100 employees. Today, we continue to serve an extensive portfolio of restaurants, wholesalers, and established retail chains all across Ontario with our comprehensive product catalog ranging from meat, seafood, and produce, to dry goods, packaging materials, and restaurant cleaning supplies.

Together with our strategic suppliers and business partners, we strive to create increasing value for our customers and become further established as the household name within the wholesale distribution and meat processing industries.

**_Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Manage existing customer accounts and generate new lines of business;
- Build customer relationships, consult extensively to assess customer’s needs, follow-up throughout the sales and service cycles, and deliver high quality results;
- Conduct prospecting and follow-ups to secure profitable new business opportunities;
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery and accounts receivable;
- Able to negotiate and adjust sales price;
- Develop and maintain sales strategies and current product knowledge;
- Have problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer’s concerns;
- Develop and implement special skills to reduce stock, such as the ability to promote special products;
- Prepare sales orders on a daily basis;
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary;
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**_Skills & Requirements_**
- High school diploma required, university/college education is preferred;
- 2+ years of related experiences in sales (food distribution industry is preferred)
- Valid full G driver’s license
- Traveling is required, access to a reliable car is a must;
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
- Demonstrate initiative & ambition, must be self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software and social media is a plus;
- Ability to speak both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
