We are Toronto Water and air. We deal with Water Treatment and Air Treatment products. We have the most state of the art equipment on the market. We are looking for hungry individuals who want to make more than the average person. We sell directly to our customers and do not wait for sales to come to us. We have leads provided to our sales staff and do not door knock. We are looking for people who have direct sales experience.

We are looking to fill 3 - 4 Full time / Part time positions immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing high level customer service with maintenance packages and equipment purchases to all company appointments and referrals
- Ability to work in a timely and professional manner with all customer interactions
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated decision making skills
- Submit all paperwork and payments process in timely manner

**Education / Experience / Requirements**:

- High school graduate
- Sales experience 2 years preferred
- Water filtration experience (asset but not required)
- Bi-lingual (asset but not required)
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- Casual business attire
- Perform water quality testing
- Preventative maintenance recommendations for homeowners
- Water quality evaluations
- Full-Time shifts from 1pm - 9pm work schedule 5 - 6 days / week
- Part-Time shifts from 5pm - 9pm work schedule 3 - 4 days / week
- Saturday hours 10am - 4pm
- Shifts available Monday - Saturday

**Company provides**:

- Guarantee base pay + commission
- Monthly and yearly bonus structure
- Complete training for all positions

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 / month + commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.36 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License and Reliable Vehicle (required)
