**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and files using office management software.
- Process patient information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in office management software, including Google Suite.
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for billing purposes is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or clerk is advantageous.
