**Accounting Manager**:

**The Role**:
**The Location**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Own all accounting responsibilities including payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly close, monthly tax payments and filings
- Collaborate with auditors on annual audit and with tax accountants on annual filings
- Immediately transition company from QuickBooks to NetSuite, leading the implementation and roll-out
- Support CFO with monthly reporting and financial planning
- Develop and rollout accounting policies
- Act as a change agent to modernize and streamline accounting processes

**Qualifications**:

- Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- Experience implementing and working with NetSuite
- Minimum 7+ years of increasing accounting experience, ideally within the SaaS or professional services industry
- Cross-border experience working with US customers
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Resourceful and driven; a true “self-starter”
- CPA designation preferred but not required
