**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the upper management on progress of the company.
- Provide expansion opportunities for the company.
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant staffing levels and schedules.
- Manage restaurant expenditures, including supplies, equipment, and advertising.
- Manage restaurant foodstuffs, ensuring that it meets government regulations.
- Respond to hostess' greetings of incoming customers; ensure that they are seated and served as quickly as possible; monitor dining room activity, and ensure that all customers have a pleasant experience.

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
