As a key member of the Training Team, the **Lead Corporate Trainer **will contribute to the organization's success by working closely with new franchisees, their management, and their team members with respect to training and procedures related to both heart and front of the house, in accordance with the Boston Pizza International training programs.

As a Lead Corporate Trainer, you will:

- Build the Boston Pizza Brand by delivering online and / or in-person training to Franchisees, restaurant managers and restaurant team members for New Restaurant Openings (NRO) and restaurant re-sales;
- Deliver training and support in the areas of leadership/management, dine-in, takeout and delivery, point of sale software, labour costs, operations, menu execution, food costs, and scheduling;
- Lead the other Trainers during each new restaurant opening, ensuing adherence to project timelines.
- Support the development of training programs, training tools, and management resources;
- Support the Operations Field team in delivering and creating Regional/Provincial in-market sessions, food demos and show and tells and various meetings / conferences.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed; and
- Be available to travel to and from our restaurants on a regular basis, sometimes for extended periods of time.

**Who you are**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity at a casual dining restaurant, either in the Front of House or Heart of House;
- You must have previous training experience;
- You have advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Teams;
- You have experience training, presenting, and/or public speaking;
- You are agile and adaptable to change;
- You are able to remain calm and respond appropriately in challenging situations; and
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
