**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Content Creator to join an energetic and expanding custom printing brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller who understands what performs online and can transform concepts into engaging content that builds strong community connections. You will take ownership of the brand’s voice across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, driving engagement and growing loyal audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve as the brand’s voice on social media by writing captions, responding to DMs and comments, and fostering community engagement.
  • Research trends and develop creative content ideas tailored to each platform.
  • Produce scroll-stopping photos, videos, and visuals from ideation to editing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaigns and messaging.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Identify and engage with influencers for collaborations and cross-promotions.
  • Monitor content performance and community feedback to continuously improve results.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a social media content creator or manager.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for visual communication.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Passion for online culture, internet trends, and community building.
  • Bonus: experience with paid social campaigns, analytics tools, or influencer outreach.

**Experience**

  • 1-2 years in a content creation or social media role, with a track record of driving reach and engagement.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools, social media apps, and CRM management tools.
  • Portfolio link required, showcasing examples of short-form video content created and edited by you.

**Preferred Education/Certifications**

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related creative field.
  • Certifications in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite Academy, HubSpot, Google Digital Garage).
  • Bonus if you’ve completed relevant online learning through Coursera, Skillshare, or LinkedIn Learning.

**Compensation & Benefits**

  • Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

**Schedule & Work Environment**

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
  • Expected hours: 35-40 per week.
