**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform meat cutting, trimming, and packaging according to established standards
- Ensure all meat products are prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat products for various dishes
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure product quality

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in butchery or meat cutting, is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling meat products
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
