**Overview**: The Office Assistant is a customer facing position that provides reception, sales, and accounting support for the dealership.

**Compensation**: $21 - 23/hr. depending on experience

**Reports to**:General Manager

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, either walk-in or by phone
- Serve customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and answering or referring enquiries
- Take detailed messages for Sales Team members
- Use company and industry specific technology
- Assist the Sales Team in planning, preparing, and participating in all sales events (in house shows, RV shows, events)
- Perform administrative duties related to stock, network filing, completion of forms, scanning, filing, completeness of customer documentation and folders, etc.
- Complete and organize relevant documentation and obtain customer license plates
- Make registration numbers for boats
- Provide administrative accounting support
- Monitor inventory file and complete the year-end inventory check
- Additional duties as assigned

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Possess a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational and administrative skills.
- Possess a professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Dedicated to deliver incredible results to customers.
