Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent patient care? Join our dynamic team at Spencer Chiropractic and Massage Therapy as a Chiropractic Health Assistant We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized individual to help support our patients and assist in the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
- Provide assistance to the chiropractor during treatments, hands on operation of therapeutic modalities under direction from the doctor.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Assist with patient intake, including completing forms and updating health information.
- Help with office administration, including filing, faxing, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Positive, caring, and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in a healthcare is a plus, but not required. On site job training will be provided.
