As a key member of the Hannam Fertility Team, and its first-ever full-time digital marketing specialist, this role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support the company. This role requires proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media, and web development is a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize sound judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning, development and execution of company-wide digital programs and campaigns,including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
- Interfacing with the management team to launch PR campaigns and events.
- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Indepth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
- Presenting recommendations to management for Marketing and Communications.
- Developing and coordinating multimedia packages

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, and web design.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
- Comfortable working in an organization where many creative people work and will provide input input and suggestions.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity.
