We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Part-Time Personal Support Worker** to work as a permanent employee of Campbellford Memorial Hospital, located in Campbellford, Ontario.

**Pay**: $27.74-29.38

**Starting**: ASAP

**Hours**:22.5 hours per week

**Work Location**: In-person

**Qualifications**
- Valid Personal Support Worker certificate from a recognized institution
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- TB two step test within a year
- Vulnerable sector search within a year
- COVID vaccination proof
- N95 mask fit test results
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize duties
- Physical demands of the job requires ability to perform moderately heavy work, including lifting up to 40 lbs., bending and twisting, reaching, fine motor skills, visual and hearing acuity
- Delivers high quality personal support work in a hospital setting
- Provides autonomous care for clients with stable and/or less complex conditions
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment in a safe manner
- Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Monitor and report changes in the residents’ condition to the Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) and Registered Nurses (RN)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Adhere to infection control and health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve the quality of life for residents

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.74-$29.38 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
