What You Bring A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of their patientsExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings, and alternate weekendsA valid driver's license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insuranceValid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing programTo protect our patients, we require current vulnerable sector check screening, a clear background checkNew Ontario PSW grads may be eligible to receive a $10,000 bonus From an approved PSW program in Ontario (on or after April 1, 2024) in exchange for a commitment to work with us, position for 12 months, payable at 6 months and 12 months must meet HFO eligibility and HFO eligibility status CarePartners In Your Community In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
