**Volunteer Opportunity: Grief and Supportive Care Program**

Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join our Grief and Supportive Care Program as a volunteer and help provide comfort and support to those navigating the difficult journey of loss.

**Role: Grief and Supportive Care Volunteer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer empathetic listening and emotional support to individuals and families experiencing grief.
- Assist in facilitating support group meetings, either in-person or virtually.
- Provide resources and information about coping strategies and available services.
- Help organize and participate in community outreach events aimed at raising awareness about grief and bereavement.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all participants.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine desire to help others and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to provide support without imposing personal beliefs or advice.
- Previous experience in counseling, social work, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to complete training provided by our organization.
