St Catharines, Canada Phoenix Medical Clinic Full time

**Subject**: Opportunity for Specialist Physicians - Phoenix Medical Clinic

We offer two models for joining our clinic:
1. **Variable Overhead Model** - 20% of billing.

2. **Fixed Monthly Fee Model** - predictable cost regardless of billing.

Both options include access to our **modern, spacious, and aesthetically designed consulting rooms**, as well as comprehensive administrative and clinical support. Services provided include:

- Patient reception and check-in
- Answering patient calls
- Taking vital signs (BP, pulse, etc.) prior to being seen by the physician
- Managing incoming faxes and investigation results
- Sending investigation reports to physician inboxes and flagging urgent/STAT results

For physicians relocating from abroad, the clinic can also assist with **LMIA or work visa sponsorship**.

**In simple terms: you focus on patient care, while we handle the logistics—no worries about leasing, renovations, utilities, staffing, or management.**

An added advantage is our **internal referral network**. With over five family physicians, specialists benefit from a steady stream of referrals, creating a **win-win scenario** for both patients and physicians.

**Eligibility Requirement**: Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, an independent practice license with the CPSO.
