As a Cook at Dose Coffee you will bring a positive attitude alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. Although this may not be your forever job you still have a true interest for food, hospitality and people. After undergoing the required training and mentoring from the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be capable and confident in preparing and executing a wide range of dishes and baked goods.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain proper food storage, handling and labelling
- Maintain a clean and tidy section throughout the day
- Ensure par levels are maintained and stock is rotated
- Confidently follow recipes and prep lists
- Keep food storage and kitchen areas clean and organised
- Ensure that Food Safe practices are upheld

**Other information**:

- Extended days off and/or holidays will ideally be taken between the months of October - December and/or April - June.
- In this role you will report to the Head Chef and/ or Sous Chef.
- Option for full-time or part-time position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
