Sterling Crane Canada Come join a team where People make the difference As a part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., a highly decentralized organization, we rely heavily on people with the aptitude, attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive our success, and we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent. **LOCATION: Coquitlam, B.C.** **POSITION: Branch Administrator** **WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time in office, Monday through Friday.** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Completing weekly payroll for hourly employees. - Client invoicing. - Maintenance of on-site employee records. - Credit control and accounts receivable. - Processing vendor/supplier invoices. - Document control administrative auditing. - Other administrative tasks as required. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - High school Diploma - 1-3 years administrative experience in related industry. - Experience with FCC (Fleet Cost and Care), Microsoft Applications with an emphasis on Excel and Word, PowerBi, SharePoint and OneDrive are considered an asset. - Experience with unionized payroll environments and payroll processes is considered an asset. - Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset.
