**Vintage Hotels** is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and cash receipts and reconcile numerous reports on daily business transactions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Front desk duties include check in/check out procedures.
- Responsible for reports & photocopies.
- Performing accounting procedures.
- Balancing all departments in Food and Beverage.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Working with Geac, Maestro & Squirrel systems.
- Taking guest reservations on an occasional basis.
- Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate departments.
- Dealing with guests in a professional service oriented manner.
- Responding to guest complaints.

**Professional Requirements**:

- Valid computer knowledge.
- Accounting experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Numerical aptitude.
- Front desk experience an asset.
