Our Niagara Falls base client is seeking a **Hotel Night Auditor **to join their Front Desk team.
- **About the Role**_
As a **Hotel Night Auditor**, you will be responsible for balancing revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day. You will ensure all guests receive the best possible service and experience by providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

**Type**:Full Time or Part Time | Permanent

**Schedule**:Overnight Shifts | Available from 11pm to 7am | Weekends & Holidays

**Hours per Week**:40 hours (approx.)

**Education**:Highschool (preferred)

- Balance revenue and expense transaction daily.
- Close, balance, and correct guest accounts.
- Count and balance cash and credit cards.
- Handle guest request during check in and check out.
- Provide first rate customer experience.
- General upkeep of front desk.
- Maintain daily logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned based upon business need or at the result of management.
- **About You**_
- 1+ years front desk or night auditor experience.
- Communicate and work well with hotel employees.
- Good judgement.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Mathematical aptitude.
