We are looking for a team member for **Inside Sales Support and Distribution **who is passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer to receive orders and coordinate delivery across Ontario. The ideal applicant will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and attentive to customer needs. Most of all you must be a hard worker with a friendly and outgoing attitude that our customers will be happy to work with.

Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct approximately 15-20 outbound calls daily to accounts across Ontario
- Receive and process orders through the CRM system, including accurate invoicing
- Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during LCBO/Grocery/Beer Store orders. Re-direct calls appropriately, as well as take messages when required.
- Processing orders through our online store and scheduling of home deliveries
- Developing relationships with clients, conduct introductions to licensees and offer selling and promotional tools to support new customers
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Identifying sales gaps and business opportunities to increase sales volume and share
- Sell and up-sell to meet and exceed sales targets
- Be an ambassador of our brands and develop strong overall beer knowledge
- Maintaining inventory counts at several locations
- Assisting with distribution and storage of equipment for events
- Oversee administrative tasks such as daily routing summaries, filing, and traceability functions
