**Logistic Coordinator**

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for managing I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s logistics function in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, and with the requirements, policies, and procedures established by internal and external parties. This position will report to the Logistics Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for the development of logistics processes and procedures within I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s manufacturing operations.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the logistics team in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage the process of assigning shipments to delivery drivers based on delivery driver performance metrics.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage the day-to-day operations of I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s Warehouse Management Software (WMS) using an established process for warehousing shipments.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s Shipping & Receiving System (S&R) using an established process for receiving shipments.
- Manage shipments that are being picked up from warehousing locations or delivered to customers using an established process for receiving shipments.
- Responsible for managing inventory levels within I-WAY TRANSPORT INC’s warehouse facility, which includes receiving inventory, storing inventory, and reconciling inventory levels with Warehouse Inventory System (WIS).
- Responsible for managing all warehouse maintenance and ensuring that all warehouse equipment is in good working order.
- Responsible for managing all warehouse security measures including locksmith services as needed.
- Responsible for managing all warehouse space usage including parking and loading dock usage as needed.
- Responsible for managing all building security measures including locksmith services as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
