Calgary, Canada Rydel Roofing Full time

**Job Overview**

Skills required:

- Ability to transport yourself to and from work.
- 15-40 hours per week of availability.
- No sales or roofing experience required but considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about the state of their asphalt roof and when they plan on getting it replaced.
- Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free roofing consultation.
- Follow the routes set by your team leader.
- Report back at the end of the session with questions, results etc.

Compensation
- 25$/hour
- Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners
- 1 session per week with a senior canvasser who can help you improve on your script and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and promotional events to showcase offerings to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the brand at events and conferences.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing outreach to diverse customer segments.
- Proven experience in marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Sales acumen with a track record of contributing to revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
- Confidence in public speaking, capable of presenting ideas compellingly in front of audiences.
