**Customer Relationship Manager - Frontline Traffic Services**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Populate a daily schedule for customer requirements into an electronic dispatching system and distribute it to employees the night before.
- Organize and dispatch personnel, equipment and resources to customers as needed.
- Record and report personnel policy violations to the Operations Manager as they occur.
- Manage and maintain an accurate count of traffic control inventory.
- Audit daily time sheets submitted by personnel for payroll and billing accuracy.
- Support accounting staff throughout the payroll and billing process.
- Complete and submit weekly reports to Management.
- Interact with customers daily to understand their traffic control requirements and managing their expectations.
- Resolve customer complains and/or issues as they occur and escalating them to the General Manager when needed.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Experienced using technology (Excel, Outlook) & able to pick up new software quickly.
- Very well organized with excellent attention to detail to produce accurate work products.
- Professional oral and written communication skills & an aptitude for customer service.
- Well versed in managing different personalities.
- Able to prioritize and multi-tasking effectively.
- Have a valid drivers license and your own transportation to and from work.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma and/or previous traffic control experience will be considered an asset.
