**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Engage in B2B sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach new markets and expand our customer base.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Background in customer service or business development is a plus.
Pay: $37,900.00-$52,500.00 per year
