We have an opening for a Sales & Well Planning Assistant. The Sales & Well Planning Assistant is primarily accountable for assisting the Well Planning team by providing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information pertaining to each project. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining accurate database entries, reports and record keeping.

**Responsibilities also include**:

- Provide administrative support to the Technical Marketing representatives, Well Planning & Sales representatives.
- Receive well completion data from field personnel, generate completion reports, prepare end of well reports and submit to Technical Marketing representatives.
- Perform electronic filing and ensure all well files contain complete records through the start and end of each job.
- Input and maintain accurate information within Fieldcap.
- Prepare, review, and submit final documents to clients for successful submissions that meet the Government regulations, and client criteria.
- Review any data deficiencies returned and amend accordingly.
- Maintain and update job tracking spreadsheet for completed jobs, and end of well report submissions.
- Print billing summaries of completed wells for Technical Marketing representatives to review.
- Submit reviewed billing summaries to Accounting for creation of invoice.
- Input end of well information into Fieldcap as well as other data as requested.
- Print and distribute billing summaries of completed jobs based off the daily job activity.
- Assist other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure final surveys and completion documentation follow government requirements and are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist other departments with various projects when time permits.
- Perform all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks.
- Perform duties according to the Company’s quality system procedures and work instructions.
