We are an expanding wholesale business focusing on commercial packaging and shipping supplies.

Position Title: Account Manager(3 people)

Area: Greater Vancouver(1 people)/ Calgary(2 people)

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing new clients most of time.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Craft and implement effective sales strategies, develop sales plans, and refine these plans to enhance performance.
- Monitor market trends, understand client needs, and offer professional and tailored solutions to our customers.
- Work closely with our internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Addressing customer requests and complaint professionally.
- 2 years of packaging supplies work experience.
- With strong industry relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building robust client partnerships.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working well within a diverse team environment.
- A driven, responsible, and highly motivated approach to sales.

Compensation and Incentives:

- A competitive commission of 2%-3% on sales.
- Comprehensive benefits including Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI), dental care, and vision care.
- An opportunity to use a brand new Audi Q5 exclusively by achieving a sales target of 200,000 CAD per month for six consecutive months.

How to Apply:
Employment Details:

- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- The salary is set between $25.00 and $45.00 per hour.
- The expected working hours are 35 hours per week.
- The position does not require French language proficiency.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of packaging supplies work experience.
- Fluent in English.

Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work setup.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
