Key Responsibilities
- Oyster Shucking
- Plating of Meats & Cheese plates
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
- Maintain mental athleticism for coordination with table pacing, and section maintenance in conjunction with support personnel
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
- Have a base knowledge and understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails

What You Bring to the Table
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations. Wine knowledge is a MUST. WSET 2 or 3 preferred or Sommelier certificate.
- Menu and beverage knowledge is comprehensive and kept current as menus evolve
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of food safety standards
- Derives pleasure from providing hospitality
- Maintain mental athleticism for coordination with table pacing, and section maintenance
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
- Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
- Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
- Open availability and a career mentality
- 1-2 years experience in a serving position
