**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales, service and parts departments to identify accessory opportunities for our customer and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
- Provide accurate quotes and estimates for accessory purchases and installations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all ordered accessories.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in automotive accessories, providing expert advice to customers.
- Ensure all installations meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven knowledge and passion for automotive accessories and customization - experiencing working in automotive parts and/or service is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized while managing multiple priorities.
- Proven problem solving skills leading to innovative ideas.
- Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
