Action Car and Truck Accessories is a national company that started in Moncton and still calls Moncton home. We are Canada’s only national automotive accessory retailer and distributor and operate 41 retail locations across Canada. During our 40-year history, we have grown from a distributor of Fiberglass Truck caps to the leading, largest aftermarket automotive distributor in Canada. We are currently looking to add a Data Specialist to our team.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Manage vehicle year make model data & image fileso Associate part numbers to appropriate product categorieso Proactively roll‐up vehicles to the next model with mínimal risk of errorso Identify and correct site‐wide errors
- Work with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the most recent data from their

recommended sources
- Manage third party imports for all brands
- Export valid Syspro data and populate templates
- Load data into various company websites and platforms
- Monitor errors and establish best practices for management and maintenance
- Ability to work with & guide web developers on designing templates and exports
- Centralize, organize & manage all data to be used for various web sites and other external projects

**Skills**
- Strong automotive accessory knowledge is required
- Ability to develop best practices for data management
- Basic Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of ACES & PIES data an asset
- Understanding of Google Merchant and Analytics an asset
- Understanding of Amazon and eBay Marketplaces an asset
