- **Assisting with Sales Management**:
- Supporting the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Analyzing sales data and submitting recommendations for improvement.
- Helping to forecast sales goals and objectives.
- Assisting in closing deals and following up with customers.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve targets.
- Providing training and support to sales staff.
- Monitoring the performance of sales personnel and providing feedback.
- Ensuring staff are properly licensed and trained.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Assisting in managing pre-owned vehicle inventory, including appraisals and stocking decisions.
- Maintaining a balanced inventory based on customer needs and market trends.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensuring high standards for vehicle delivery and customer service.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Ensuring dealership policies and procedures are followed.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales background with a proven track record.
- Experience in automotive sales management or as an assistant sales manager.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid OMVIC
Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
