**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicles.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Skills**
- Strong math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and tools.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
