We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager located in Southern Ontario to join our team As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in multi-channel environments with a primary focus on the commercial office products space. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the territory, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts. These accounts fall into the Office products and Janitorial/ Sanitation customer base.
- Account management and business development.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership.
- Recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial account management
- Experience in the commercial office products space (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment.

**Additional Job Details**:

- Remote Home Office Based in Southern Ontario, with the expectation of 50-70% of the time in the field/ Territory.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
