**About the Job**

Reporting into our Inventory Manager, you are the gatekeeper of Clearpath’s inventory and will support all Stock Room activities. Ensuring inventory levels are reflected accurately within our system is a top priority and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to investigate any discrepancies. You will work closely with our Production and Shipping teams to help materials flow smoothly between departments, and arrive at their destinations on time. No day is the same - being adaptable to change and curveballs won’t make you break a sweat Where others see barriers, you see opportunities for improvements.

**Responsibilities include**:
Support our Production team
- Create builds in our system based on new robot orders.
- Provide smooth transition between inventory kit hand-off to production.
- Work closely with Production Supervisor and personnel to ensure progress is on schedule.
- Work with the Stock Room team to pick kits throughout the week.
- Ensure the Shortage report is accurate and up to date. Notify Inventory Manager about any shortages.
- Monitor all kits that are created with shortages and take appropriate action when parts arrive.
- Reconcile completed production builds in our system at the end of the week.

Inventory Control
- Be aware of everything and everyone that enters/leaves our Stock Room.
- Process inventory requests/adjustments:

- Make inventory adjustments daily (Ensure proper budget and project are being used).
- Ensure accuracy: System matches inventory movement.
- Look into odd requests, and take appropriate action.
- Participate in cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work with shipping department to move materials between Clearpath’s 3 locations when needed.

Other duties:

- Keep the stock room Clean: Follow weekly schedule for dedicated times to cleanup/consolidate/reorganize.
- Work with Quality to coordinate repaired parts back into inventory.
- Lead daily stand up meeting with Stock Room team to go over tasks.

**Required skills**:

- 1- 3 years inventory control experience
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices. Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records and logs. Record, itemize, collate, and tabulate data. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and persuade others (internal and external).
