**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greets and assists customers arriving at the dealership.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensure it is well stocked.
- Administrative duties such as record sales traffic, distribute schedules for Sales Representatives, updates telephone lists, updates vehicle inventory lists, take payments for service, parts and sales, and upload payments in CDK and Excel.
- Reviews appointments and deliveries in CDK and One-Eighty program and maintains CRM alerts and customer maintenance.
- Accounting Duties

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to handle a busy switchboard
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to deal with people in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Must be computer literate with an ability to use a variety of programs and learn new ones easily.
- Attention to detail
