**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Warranty Claims Processing**:
Submit, track, and follow up on warranty claims to manufacturers or third-party warranty companies.
- ** Documentation Review**:
Review repair orders to ensure all required documentation, parts, and labor operations are properly recorded for claim submission.
- ** Compliance Checking**:
Ensure that repairs fall within manufacturer or extended warranty guidelines and policies.
- ** Coordination with Technicians and Service Advisors**:
Communicate with service personnel to clarify repairs and ensure accurate documentation.
- ** Record Keeping**:
Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions, denials, and payments for audit purposes.
- ** Payment Reconciliation**:
Reconcile warranty credits and payments with dealership accounting departments.
- ** Training & Updates**:
Stay current with manufacturer bulletins, updates, and changes in warranty procedures.
- Assist cash office and service tower duties in busy periods and cover breaks and holidays

**Skills Required**:

- Strong **attention to detail**
- Good understanding of **automotive repair procedures**
- Familiarity with **DMS software** (like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Knowledge of **OEM warranty guidelines** (Ford, GM, Toyota, etc.)
- Strong **communication and organizational** skills
- Ability to handle **multi-tasking and deadlines
