Brandt is currently seeking a Settlements Clerk for its Regina, SK, Head Office location. The Settlements Clerk is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Receive and review paperwork on sales from branches across Canada
- Ensure program discounts from manufacturers are calculated accurately and maximized
- Complete equipment registration and warranty purchases on supplier’s web-based portals
- Review and update costings on equipment
- Post and balance accruals on equipment
- Invoicing of sales to customers
- Updating of sales database
- Receipting of trades into inventory
- G/L account reconciliations
- Review and validate salesman commission
