ContactPoint360, a boutique Global BPO company, is seeking a versatile and talented Multimedia Outsourcing Reporter to join our team. As a Multimedia Outsourcing Reporter, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive coverage of the BPO and CX outsourcing industry through written articles, reports, and engaging video content. You will play a vital role in keeping our company and clients well-informed about the latest trends, advancements, and challenges in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the outsourcing industry, including business process outsourcing (BPO) and related sectors.
- Stay abreast of outsourcing trends, emerging markets, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
- Write and publish well-researched articles, reports, and blog posts on outsourcing-related topics.
- Create engaging video content, including interviews, industry news updates, and analysis, to cater to a multimedia audience.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, executives, and thought leaders to gather insights and opinions.
- Analyze and interpret data, market reports, and industry publications to provide meaningful and informative content.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and webinars to stay informed about the latest developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and align reporting efforts accordingly.
- Monitor and engage with relevant industry communities, forums, and social media channels.
- Identify and pitch story ideas, features, and thought leadership pieces to enhance reporting coverage.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of written reports, articles, and video content.
- Proactively seek opportunities to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to outsourcing reporting through multimedia formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a reporter or journalist, preferably with a focus on outsourcing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, including BPO, offshoring, nearshoring, and global outsourcing trends.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present complex information.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging, informative, and well-structured written content.
- Proficiency in video production, including scripting, interviewing, filming, and editing.
- Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia platforms.
- Proficient in conducting interviews and sourcing insights from industry experts.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity for industry developments and a passion for storytelling.
