**Job Summary**

Offer tutoring services for Ontario high school students.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Deliver Uforse Education Group Inc. course curriculum in a classroom and / or online setting
- Guarantee punctuality when assigned lessons and matched with students
- Ensure student awareness of course objectives and accurate understanding of course material
- Evaluate student progress and tailor specific elements of each course to each student’s background, experiences, and individual learning styles
- Attend periodic faculty meetings
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to your designated department head

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Currently pursuing or have previously completed a **minimum of a university undergraduate degree or equivalent thereof**:

- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience is an asset
- **Passionate** **about teaching and exhibits an ability to teach in an interesting and engaging fashion**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to the progress and improvement of students
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese Mandarin (not necessarily both)
