Clear Ocean’s 20+ years of expertise with frozen scallop production ensures our customers are provided with direct access to continuous year-round supply.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare monthly production plan based on sales orders

2. Design and execute weekly production plans to ensure continuous and seamless flow of production orders

3. Establish and optimize the execution standards of the production process

4. Develop and innovate production processes to ensure simplicity and efficiency

5. Establish, improve, and implement job efficiency standards, and screen inefficient positions on the production line

6. Optimize facility and equipment layout and space layout to maximize production capacity

7. Lead a production team, ensure continuous training and coaching and achieve production goals

8. Plan the procurement of packaging and auxiliary materials to ensure rapid supply, and supervise related warehouse management

9. Plan and execute warehouse transfers to ensure production proceeds as planned

10. Participate in employee recruitment and reduce employee turnover rate

11. Prepare and improve departmental policies, procedures, and standards

12. Improve job descriptions, and evaluate employee performance

13. Report to and assist managers with other related duties and tasks

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree and work-related majors are required.

2. Minimum 5-year Production Supervisor experience.

3. Have good work ethics

4. Dependable, reliable and time sensitive

5. Management experience in food industry is an asset.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

7. Familiar with Microsoft office.

8. Be able to legally work in Canada.

9. First aid and forklift certificate are assets.

Annual Compensation: $95,000 (Salary $70,000 +bonus)

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
