**Customer Service Supervisor**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You make sure to provide our patients an exceptional journey from start to finish ensuring complete satisfaction.
- You lead by example; providing supervision and guidance to staff.
- You use your emotional intelligence and problem solving skills to resolve issues.
- You enter necessary and updated patient information into the computer system.
- You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
- You assist the Centre Director with any additional tasks necessary.

- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français également._
- You have a keen interest in the medical field.
- You are able to work under pressure and have a good tolerance for stress.
- You have experience in management or supervision and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- You stand out for your organizational, collaborative and autonomous skills.
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday's from 8:00am to 5:00pm on rotation (1x p/month).
