**Position Details**
- **Schedule**: Full Time, Tuesday to Saturday
- **Location**: St. Albert

**Key Responsibilities** As a Storefront Associate, you will:

- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Receive and stock new merchandise, ensuring shelves are neat and organized.
- Restock and repack unsold items as needed.
- Create eye-catching product displays, dress mannequins, and arrange storefront windows.
- Operate the cash register, handle returns and exchanges, and assist with inventory.
- Promote products, loyalty programs, and sales during customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive store culture.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic about creating great customer experiences.
- Have a strong passion for fashion and retail.
- Be proactive and able to complete tasks independently.
- Be flexible and available to work Saturdays and holidays.
- Have previous experience in retail, inventory, or merchandising (preferred).
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be computer literate and comfortable using inventory systems.
- Excel in customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $15.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
