Revolution boutique is seeking driven individuals that have a passion for fashion and sales, to join our amazing team as a Sales Associate

**Store Hours**: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 6:00 and Saturday 10:00 t0 5:00

**Job Type**:Part time

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Learn, respect and engage in successful sales processes and strategies
- Support the sales manager in assisting customers
- Understand our philosophy that selling is something we do **for** the client, not **to** the client
- Consistently execute a sales process that promotes optimal conversion of browser to buyer and increase average sales receipt

- Consistently promote a positive client experience by building positive relationships
- Reasonably prioritize ‘team Revolution’ over personal interests
- Report to work on-time and ready to contribute (must have reliable transportation)
- Contribute to store objectives despite the fast-paced, environment
- Comfortable multitasking, changing direction quickly and being able to refocus

**Role Requirements**:

- Maintain a sales-minded approach
- Remain situationally aware, in an always changing sales floor environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Able and willing to communicate orally with customers which includes active listening
- Exhibit a ‘Passion for Fashion’
- Display initiative
- Ability to take constructive criticism
- Experience interacting with the public
- 2 years retail experience considered an asset
- 2 years sales experience considered an asset
- Ability to adopt a ‘continuous improvement attitude’

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
