- **Key Responsibilities**:
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
Perform pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment (training provided)
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth patient flow
Handle phone inquiries and general administrative duties
Support the optometrists and opticians with day-to-day clinic operations
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care
