**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with mail in returns and processing product warranties.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist Sales associates as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and material.
- Order entry.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining organized files.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an office environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing with a welcoming tone of voice when communicating with clients.
- Enthusiastic about learning and development.
- Innovative and ever changing - Always seeking ways to improve on current processes.
- Takes ownership and always strived to improve.
- Team player.
- Punctual.

- Has a proven track record for promoting a high level of customer service.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 2+ years experience in a Customer Service role.
- Experience ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
**Considered an Asset**:
- Familiarity with managing accounts receivable.
- Bilingual.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
