We are currently looking to hire a **CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST** to our team.
The Customer Service Specialist is the epitome of Kaizen’s vision of continuous improvement and providing excellent customer service. This position works strongly within their team and creates relationships with other facets of the business. Building relationships within the business is crucial to helping our customer with their inquiries and increase engagement with our customers at each of our dealerships. The Customer Service Specialist focuses on maximizing revenue with their interpersonal skills, and continuously strives to improve their personal performance.
We are seeking dedicated and engaged team members, able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Receives incoming calls and makes out-going calls to an established client base for all manners of automotive service appointments and pro-active maintenance
- Able to provide value to our customers through effective sales skills and knowledge of our products and services
- Proactively recognize opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (with strong written and oral communication skills)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Has a demeanor that is professional, mature, dependable, accountable, organized and enjoys working with people and in a team setting
- Able to multitask and handle several databases at one time
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Sales experience would be considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
