Role Title: REALTOR® Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid Role - Greater Toronto Area
Reports To: Vice President of Operations

The REALTOR® Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our REALTORS® by providing hands-on assistance with technology platforms, administrative processes, and overall agent success initiatives. This role blends innovative thinking, tech-savviness with exceptional service, ensuring our REALTORS® can focus on clients while feeling fully supported by the brokerage.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about empowering others with the cutting-edge tools and knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support to REALTORS® and staff relating to the use of brokerage systems, tools, and technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, KIC Hub, WebForms, BrokerBay, Deal Manager, Adobe Express, and more).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues quickly and efficiently, serving as the go-to person for staff and agents.
- Coordinate with the operations team and Managing brokers to streamline workflows, create workflow automations, leverage technology and improve the overall agent and client experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to continue to leverage and improve on AI resources
- Assist with agent onboarding, including technology setup, training, and process guidance
- Create and deliver technology training resources (SOPs, online guides, videos, etc.) to maximize REALTOR® adoption of brokerage tools.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate office or related role preferred
- A strategic mindset with a balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, and leveraging technology for process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of industry technology platforms with advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with a service-first approach.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive learner with a genuine interest in real estate technology and agent success.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
